All in-stock orders ship within seven business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within seven business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Out of stock and special order items ship within 4-6 weeks. If your order is not available for shipment within 6 weeks, we will inform you of the expected lead time. We reserve the right to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time, however, if an item is back ordered or delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, we will refund your deposit and cancel your order.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at sales@sanfordunfinishedfurniture.com. Please be aware that orders can not be canceled once in transit.
All returns require a RAN (Returns Authorization Number) and will NOT be accepted without one. Please email us at sales@sanfordunfinishedfurniture.com, within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. You may return any product, for a full refund, but any shipping charges will only be covered should the reason for return be an error on our behalf, or is authorized beforehand. You are responsible for all shipping fees otherwise. All returns, unless stated otherwise will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, at our discretion, and this fee will be clearly stated with any request for a return and varies depending on the item(s).
Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts, and/or damaged. We do not take returns on custom finish items or custom-built items. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. You will be given full instructions on how to return your item(s) with the RAN.
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed - within 3 days from the date of dispatch or receipt of goods.

The following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
