TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

 

PRICING

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of sanfordunfinishedfurniture.com. All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($).  Unfinished Furniture Outlet, Inc.  reserves the right to reject  any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.

SHIPPING

ALL orders can be delivered throughout Central North Carolina within a 100 mile radius of our store through our REGIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE. We also offer NATIONWIDE SHIPPING on many of our items. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery.  Custom items and Custom finished furniture are only available by regional delivery or in store pick up. Custom orders cannot be shipped nationwide. We normally ship via FedEx or Old Dominion Freight Lines depending on order size and destination. All Regional Deliveries are performed by our employees and includes inside delivery, assembly and set up. Areas where furniture is to be placed and a direct path to the room are required for delivery. We DO NOT install furniture by attaching to walls or by removing moldings, etc.  FedEx and Freight shipments are “curbside deliveries” which means that you are responsible for unloading your furniture and does no not include inside delivery, unpack, assembly or installation. Any service, other than curbside delivery, provided by a third party freight company may result in additional fees charged to your credit card. Please notify us at time of order if any additional services are required.

All in stock order ship within seven business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within seven business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Out of stock and special order items ship within 4-6 weeks. If your order is not available for shipment within 6 weeks, we will inform you of the expected lead time. We reserve the right to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time, however, if an item is backordered or delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, we will refund your deposit and cancel your order.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

 

PAYMENT

Payment options provided by - include Visa, MasterCard, and---Checks can be either personal or bank draft, and are to be made payable to: Unfinished Furniture Outlet, Inc.

A deposit of 50% will be required for all special orders. Orders must be paid in full before shipping.

Purchases of custom made furniture, custom finished furniture can not be cancelled once they are in production. All Clearance item sales are nonrefundable and cannot be cancelled.

All checks will require to be 'cleared' by the bank before goods can be dispatched. This may require 10-15 days.

RETURNS POLICY

.Any concealed damage must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving your order! Any freight shipping damage must be noted at time of delivery! If this policy is not adhered to, we will not be responsible for damages.

If you wish to cancel on order, please email us at sales@sanfordunfinishedfurniture,com . Please be aware that your order can not be cancelled if it is already in transit.

 

All returns require a RAN (Returns Authorization Number) and will NOT be accepted without one. Please email us at sales@sanfordunfinishedfurniture.com, within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.You may return any product, for a full refund, but any shipping will only be covered should the reason for return be an error on our behalf, due to the item being defective, or is authorized beforehand. You are responsible for all shipping fees otherwise. All returns, unless stated otherwise will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, at our discretion, and this fee will be clearly stated with any request for return, and varies depending on the item(s).

 

Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts, and/or damaged. We do not take returns on custom finish items or custom built items.  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. You will be given full instructions on how to return your item(s) with the RAN.

 If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with - within 3 days from date of dispatch or receipt of goods.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited). Returns of merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
